GD32VF103 series MCU is the first RISC-V universal chip have been brought to scale in the world.


  • 108MHz, 15% higher performance than M3 under the same conditions as GDF103
  • The maximum dynamic current (mA) is 50% lower than GDF103 which used the M3 processor, and the standby current (uA) is 25% lower than that.
